Why have policies?

As a community radio station, 95.1 GemFM must comply with the requirements of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) Codes of Practice.

You will find here a list of the policies and procedures we have developed to meet our license conditions and the Codes of Practice. You can download all the policies below. We will add policies to the website as they are endorsed by the Committee of Management. You can find a copy of the current Codes of Practice from the CBAA website.

Community Radio Broadcasting Codes Of Practice (“the Codes”)

The Codes set out the operational standards and guiding principles and policies for programming on community broadcasting stations.
