Sally is a registered psychologist and the owner of Bright Skies Psychology. She’s passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs with honesty, compassion, and a touch of humour. Sally believes that mental health conversations don’t have to be heavy — sometimes, a bit of perspective and a good chat can make all the difference.
Outside of work, Sally is a busy mum of three who loves sport — whether it’s playing netball, rugby league, or going for a run to clear her head. She’s also an animal lover who enjoys life’s simple moments and staying connected to her community.
Each month on 95.1 GEM FM, Sally brings that same down-to-earth approach to the airwaves, mixing music and meaningful conversations to help listeners look after their mental health and wellbeing.
